We are a free, independent loan referral and comparison service. We are not a bank, lender, credit provider, or broker as defined under the National Credit Act 34 of 2005 (“NCA”).

We do not:

  • Lend money or extend credit of any kind
  • Make credit or affordability decisions
  • Set or influence interest rates, fees, or loan terms
  • Guarantee that you will receive a loan offer, or any particular amount or terms

When you submit an enquiry or application through the Site, we forward your details to one or more NCR-registered credit providers in our lender panel. Any loan agreement is between you and that lender directly, governed by that lender’s own terms, and subject to their own credit assessment and the requirements of the NCA.

2. Eligibility

To use this Site, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Be a South African resident with a valid South African ID number
  • Provide accurate and truthful information in any application

Submitting false or misleading information may result in your application being declined by lenders and may constitute an offence under South African law.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an enquiry through this Site is not a loan application to us, and does not guarantee:

  • That any lender will make you an offer
  • The amount, interest rate, fees, or term of any offer
  • Approval, which remains entirely at the discretion of the receiving lender, based on their own affordability and credit assessment as required by the NCA

4. No Upfront Fees

Using this Site is free. We never charge you a fee to submit an enquiry, and no legitimate lender in our panel will ever ask you to pay money upfront (e.g. an “insurance,” “processing,” or “release” fee) before disbursing a loan. If you are asked for any upfront payment by someone claiming to represent us or one of our partner lenders, treat this as fraudulent, do not pay, and report it to us and to the NCR immediately.

5. How We Earn Revenue

We earn a referral fee from lenders when we successfully connect them with a customer who takes up a loan, or in some cases for a qualifying application. This comes from the lender, not from you, and does not affect the price or terms you are offered.

6. Your Responsibilities

By using the Site, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Use the Site only for personal, lawful purposes
  • Not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems
  • Review and understand any loan agreement’s terms directly with the lender before accepting an offer

7. Content Disclaimer

Articles, guides, FAQs, and our loan calculator are provided for general information purposes only and do not constitute financial, legal, or credit advice. Loan calculator results are estimates only and may differ from actual offers made by lenders. We recommend consulting an NCR-registered debt counsellor if you are experiencing financial difficulty, rather than relying on this Site as a substitute for professional advice. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Easy Payday Loans is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information provided on the Site
  • The conduct, decisions, fees, or terms of any lender in our panel
  • Any loan agreement you enter into with a lender, which is a matter solely between you and that lender

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or protection you have under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 or the NCA that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, logos, and the loan calculator tool, is owned by or licensed to Easy Payday Loans and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
